Can you live without structure?	Yes. The idea of living without a regular job or paycheck makes me nervous. No. I like routine and structure in my life.
Are you a self starter?	Yes. I am motivated to do things on my own. If someone helps me get started I will follow through. Usually I would rather follow than lead.
Are you creative?	Yes. I frequently coming up with new ideas. Sometimes I come up with new Ideas No, not really.
How do you feel about taking risks?	I enjoy being somewhat on the edge. I think calculated risks are acceptable sometimes. I don't really like to take much risk.
Do you plan ahead?	Yes. I am a planner. I do plan and feel having a plan is important but I also think there are times to be spontaneous. I prefer to wing it.
Do you have a high level of will-power and self-discipline?	Yes. I am disciplined when necessary. No, not really.
Are you a leader?	Yes.. I can usually get people to go along with me when I initiate something. When needed I can give orders. I feel more comfortable letting others initiate things.
Are you competitive?	Yes. When necessary, I can be. No, I am more the laid back type.
How organized are you?	I prefer to have a plan before I start something. When it is necessary to be well organized. I can be. Organization is not one of my strong traits.
Describe your energy	I am like the energizer bunny. I have enough energy to do most of the things I want to do. Most of the people I know have more energy than I do.
Do you like taking responsibility	Yes. I enjoy being in charge and making certain what is started is finished. I'll take over when I have to although I would prefer to let someone else do it. No. Let someone else take the responsibility.
Are you decisive?	Yes. I think on my feet and can make quick decisions if necessary. I prefer not to make decisions quickly but I can if needed. No, I prefer to let someone else make the decisions.
Can you handle uncertainty?	Yes. If necessary, even though I don't like it. No. I need to know what to expect.
How hard do you work when you are at your job?	Very hard. I will do whatever is necessary to finish each task. I work hard but I have my limits. Work is not my priority, I think there are more important things to do.
Will you perservere with an assignment or task until it is finished?	When I decide to do something I don't stop until it is finished. Usually. If I am having difficulties with the task I won't finish.
