It is common to hear carpet cleaners refer to their method or system as either Wet Extraction or Dry Cleaning. We offer both of those systems.
Steam Cleaning, also known as Hot Water Extraction is the system most carpet manufacturers recommend and the most popular system for our residential clients. It is a very effective method in that it uses hot water, cleaning agents and agitation to clean the carpet. The water and dirt from your carpet is then extracted. Research indicates that Hot Water Extraction provides the best capability for cleaning.
Our cleaning and rinsing products are matched to your specific carpet fiber. We work directly with the chemists that create products that are safe and effective. Although we are not chemists, we understand the chemistry behind cleaning.
Our cleaning equipment is very powerful. It is so large and powerful that it must be mounted inside a van or truck. This is called a Truck Mounted Unit. A heat exchanger is contained within the unit so that hot water is ready on demand. Water temperatures are controllable and monitored. The extraction capability of a Truck Mount Unit is unmatched by any other system. This efficient extraction process is what reduces the drying time.

We are very considerate of your home and carpet. Corner protectors are placed on the wall corners to keep our hoses from marking or chipping your walls and furniture. Plastic tabs are placed under the legs of your furniture to provide a barrier between the moist carpet and your furniture. That prevents moisture damage to your furniture and prevents stains from your furniture damaging your carpet. If you need furniture moved we will provide that service. We use skids to move rather than drag furniture. Hard or slick surfaces such as tile, marble, vinyl etc. are wiped dry for your safety. Hardwood and scratchable surfaces are covered to prevent damage.
